Secondly
I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my executor
hereinafter named and appointed.
Thirdly
I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Caroline P. Day a childs part of my Estate
sharing with those that get a full share, this being the marriage contract. It is also my

twenty-five dollars $25.00 being incurred by me in my daughters last sickness.

heirs of William M. Day shared equal with my wife.

as soon as practicable after my death to advertise and sell my property
and divide it among my children and grand children as I bequested it.
Seventhly
