Son John Hobson-all my right of land which my brother Thomas gave me, to him and the male heirs lawfully begotten of his body. My mill which is now in the hands of my mother during her life, to son John and his male heirs lawfully begotten, and for want of such heirs to my daughters Sarah Hobson and Betty Hobson.

To my four daughters Sarah, Judith, Mary Ann, and Betty Hobson-four hundred acres of land, the plantation where I now live on and ye plantation where my father lives on, to be equally divided between them and their lawfully begotten heirs, and if either of my daughters should died without lawfull heirs her land to revert to the survivors.

Daughter Sarah Hobson-to have first choice of land.
Son John Hobson-negro woman called Peg and her future increase.
Daughter Sarah Hobson-negro boy Aron.
Daughter Judith Hobson-negro girl called Charrity.
Daughter Mary Hobson-negro woman called Jane.
Daughter Betty Hobson-negro boy Moses.
Wife Judith Hobson-use of negro man called Daniel during her widowhood, and if she marries the negro to go to daughter Betty Hobson.
Rest of my estate whatsoever to be equally divided amongst my wife, son, and daughters, son John to receive his at the age of twenty-one, and daughters to receive their parts at the age of eighteen or day of marriage.
