FORT, John: Leg. - To son, Thomas Fort, my land belonging to my Plantation and the remainder to my son, Richard Fort. My house I now live in I give to my son, Thomas Fort, and the land about it and the remainder of my land I give to son, Richard Fort, to be equally divided. To my son George Fort, bed and furniture. To son, Elias Fort, a cow. To daughter, Hannah Phillips, a cow. To daughter, Mary, 5 shillings. To daughter, Sarah, 5 shillings. To son, John Fort, 5 shillings. To son, Wiliam, 5 shillings. To son-in-law, John Phillips, the care of my two sons, Richard and Thomas Fort, until they are of age. Remainder of estate to sons, George, Richard and Thomas Fort. 21 Oct., 1725.
